Have you ever read a book that is the same as getting coal for Christmas? If you haven’t and plan not to, don’t read Theodore Boone: Kid Lawyer. It’s intriguing, boring, and very stupid.

Have you ever been alone without anybody by your side for a day ? If not , can you even imagine being alone for 7 years?  Have you ever realised that you should have done something , or said something to someone but now you can't because they're gone? Have you ever felt regret? Most of those questions that I've asked you are what happens to a girl around her late/middle teens in a book called "Island of the Blue Dolphins". This story has a lot of emotion going on all at once, because at first you’re exultant, then all of a sudden it makes you feel depressed for Karana’s loss and confused, and makes you think, “Why did this have to happen?”, or “ Couldn’t they have just stayed with the deal?” Besides that, I really love the story "Island of the Blue Dolphins " because of its complex lessons , and thrilling plot. I love how it shows you the trials and hardships that Karana has to go through and the way it makes you feel that you are in her head thinking  with her.

Have you ever felt like you were being watched ? In the book “Pretty Little Liars” , It’s not the most pleasant feeling for four Rosewood  girls Aria, Emily, Hanna, and Spencer. Ever Since the girls’ best friend, Alison DiLaurentis, had disappeared three years ago, the girls had drifted apart.

Reading Inheritance was like jumping out of an airplane a thousand feet in the air. It was thrilling, scary and amazing all at once. There is so much involved with the story, but at the same time it wasn't hard to follow along. The plot, theme and characters were all carefully thought out. The author did an amazing job with the story and I know whoever reads it, is going to love it.

Would you rather be a super spy or be with the love of your life? That is the question going through Cammie Morgan’s head in I’d Tell You I Love You but Then I’d Have to Kill You by Ally Carter. Cammie is the daughter of two spies and one in training herself. When she goes on her first mission, she’s blown away by Josh, a normal local. I loved this book because it had a bit of romance, some fighting, and painted a vivid picture in my mind. Which one will she choose?

The novel, The Hunger Games, by Suzanne Collins, is like having Starbucks on a chilly day. It represents the warm moments whereas the cold chilly day is the brutal and provoking part of the book. The Hunger Games tells the story of 16 year old Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark; “The star   crossed lovers of District 12” and they are seeking to survive the brutal 74th annual Games of the capitol. Reading this book was time well spent and had me hooked from beginning to end.  Suzanne Collins succeeded on writing this outstanding novel which has a profound meaning contained in the story.

The story "The Hunger Games" is like a delicious, cold smoothie. It has its moments of sweetness and love, but it also has harsh, cold moments, like when you get a brain freeze. The  Hunger Games is about a sixteen year old girl named Katniss, who has to compete in the annual Hunger Games, a competition to the death that is aired on television. It includes a boy named Peeta who is in love with Katniss and tries as much as he can to protect her in the arena. I love “The Hunger Games”, because of all  the suspense ,and the fact that there was a love story made me want to keep reading and I wasn't able to put it down!

The book The Bad Beginning , makes you feel like you have to duct tape your fingers to prevent yourself from biting them. I really enjoyed how the book was written, because their are a lot of nail biting parts in the b ook. “ In this book, not only is there no happy ending, there is no happy beginning and very few happy things in the middle.”

It probably won’t help you achieve any lifelong goals, but once you read it, it will leave you feeling a little happier and make you want to tell all your friends about that awe- inspiring book you were reading all night.
